The pumping adrenalin that you will experience on your ascent only enhances the exhilaration you will feel after the jump. As for the jump itself, 3000ft of leisurely descent gives you plenty of time to admire the stunning views. Itinerary: 2 Day Course Day 1 - Theoretical work and physical practice comprising of safety regulation education as well as comprehensive review of all sky diving techniques required to exit the aircraft and fall in a controlled manner. Day 2 - The jump is planned to take place. You will be provided with a skydivers jump suit to go over your clothes as well as a parachute system and radio. You should wear comfortable clothing such as a track suit and trainers, no heavy boots or street shoes.
